Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us as soon as possible and provide your order details along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds

Exchanges
